Job summary

Xpertise Recruitment is seeking an DSAR Administrator to join our data privacy team in the East Midlands. You will handle data subject access requests, coordinate across departments and ensure regulatory deadlines are met.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in Microsoft 365, have UK GDPR knowledge and experience with eDiscovery and redaction tools, and maintain meticulous records of all data processing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience administering DSARs or handling confidential personal data.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Ability to meet statutory deadlines and maintain accurate records.
• Strong audit- trail and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Administer DSARs from receipt through to completion, ensuring deadlines.
• Log, acknowledge, track and maintain DSAR records in case management systems.
• Search for personal data across Microsoft 365 platforms (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Utilise Purview and eDiscovery tools to identify, collect, review and export data.
• Retrieve and collate personal information from various records and systems.
• Coordinate retrieval of CCTV footage with Security and operations teams.
• Review and apply redactions using approved software to protect third-party data.
• Maintain audit trails and disclose decisions in line with policy and law.
