Job summary

Tesco Insurance is building a new Data & AI capability. As Data Engineering Manager (Principal Engineer), you will guide the team delivering trusted data foundations enabling reporting, analytics and AI at scale.

• Proven experience leading Data Engineering teams and delivering data platforms.
• Expertise designing and operating Microsoft Fabric solutions (ingestion, transformation, warehousing, orchestration).
• Strong DataOps, governance, security and scalable delivery frameworks.
