Job summary

Onward Homes is seeking a Data and Performance Team Leader to join the Environmental Services team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role covers cleaning, waste management, grounds maintenance, and trees, while supporting admin teams and performance monitoring.

You will lead and coordinate the admin and service delivery, ensuring systems are updated and performance targets are met. A customer-focused mindset and line-management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential: Proven ability to work in a customer focused environment.
• Essential: Experience of working in a similar function in another business.
• Essential: Ability to effectively manage resources and work-planning.
• Essential: Ability to effectively manage performance and productivity.
• Essential: IT literacy and system capability.
• Essential: Knowledge of Microsoft systems, Word and Excel.
• Essential: Knowledge of work planning IT systems.
• Essential: Line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: Support Environmental Services Managers and teams; organise colleagues; administer supply chain of materials; monitor performance; keep Housing Management system and Parks Plotter up to date.
• Planning: Provide effective planning support for cleaning, window cleaning, waste management, grounds maintenance and trees.
• Support: Line-manage admin team; process purchase orders and invoices; support productivity measures and resource use; provide admin cover.
• Systems: Maintain Housing Management system and Parks Plotter; ensure asset mapping is accurate.
• Customer: Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints; analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Internal Partnership Working: Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet service levels; act as Onward ambassador.
