Job summary

Leeds City College is recruiting a Data & Performance Officer in the Quality of Education team to manage the full data lifecycle, from collection to analysis. You will develop dashboards, monitor trends, and translate insights for stakeholders.

You will supervise data quality and GDPR compliance, handle confidential information, and provide systems training to staff. Strong IT and communication skills are essential to support evidence-based decisions across departments.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths qualifications or equivalent.
• Level 3/4 qualification relevant to the role.
• Experience with MIS software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define reporting requirements with stakeholders.
• Source, cleanse, and analyse data from multiple systems.
• Design and maintain dashboards to track performance.
• Identify trends and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance.
