Job summary

Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking a Data Insight Officer to join Student Services Operations on a full-time, two-year fixed-term basis. The role focuses on designing Power BI dashboards, automating data workflows, and delivering actionable insights to support student services and strategic decisions.

You will work with multiple datasets, build robust data models, and communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders across the Directorate.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a new suite of Power BI dashboards and management reports.
• Work with complex datasets from multiple systems using data modelling and data manipulation techniques.

• Provide timely, actionable insights to service leaders to inform decision-making.
