AstraZeneca in London seeks a Data Operations Manager to shape the commercial data and reporting ecosystem, driving automation and scalable dashboards. You will partner with Commercial Effectiveness, Business Operations, BI&A and CRM teams to deliver trusted insights and efficient processes that improve customer engagement, segmentation and performance.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance and cross-functional collaboration to transform complex data into practical, decision-ready outputs

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights for commercial teams.
• Experience with BI tools, data governance and KPI dashboards.
• Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare data environments is preferred.

• Own and continuously improve commercial data, reporting and automation.
• Lead segmentation, targeting, territory alignment and incentive reporting.
• Partner with BI&A, Commercial Ops and CRM teams to ensure data quality.
