Do you want to turn commercial data into decisions that accelerate transformative medicines to the patients who need them most? Are you ready to build scalable reporting and operations that raise performance across a global portfolio and empower teams to act with confidence?

As Data Operations Manager, you will shape the commercial data, reporting and operational ecosystem that drives better decisions and sharper execution. Partnering closely with Commercial Effectiveness, Business Operations, BI&A and technology teams, you will create trusted, timely insights and streamlined processes that fuel customer engagement, segmentation, targeting, territory alignment and incentive operations. From the start, your work will reduce manual effort, elevate data quality and make a visible impact on commercial performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Commercial Data, Reporting and Automation: Own and continuously improve reporting and analytics solutions that the business relies on every day; develop scalable dashboards and measurement tools that guide decision-making; drive automation to cut manual effort and speed up delivery; and ensure solutions evolve in line with changing business needs and platform enhancements to increase adoption and reliability.
  • Commercial Operations Excellence: Lead the optimization of core operational processes for segmentation, targeting, territory alignment, incentive operations and performance reporting; translate business requirements into sustainable solutions that are efficient, scalable and governed; define and maintain standards and controls; and simplify ways of working to elevate consistency, timeliness and stakeholder confidence.
  • Data Management and Governance: Own and maintain commercial datasets from multiple internal and external sources; perform transformation, validation, enrichment and reconciliation to deliver trusted, business-ready data assets; serve as the primary contact for data quality and integrity issues; partner with BI&A, CRM providers and business stakeholders to strengthen definitions, governance and consistency; and systematically reduce recurring data issues.
  • Business Partnership and Performance Enablement: Act as a trusted partner who turns commercial questions into actionable data, reporting and process solutions; generate analysis that surfaces trends, risks and opportunities; support strategic projects and business reviews with clear, decision-ready insights; and champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven performance.
Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • Advanced Excel capability.
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consulting or commercial environments working with business-critical data, reporting and operational processes.
  • Demonstrated experience transforming complex data into practical business solutions and actionable insights.
  • Experience developing and maintaining reporting, dashboards, data models or analytical solutions that support commercial decision-making.
  • Experience improving processes, automating activities or implementing scalable solutions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience balancing technical detail with business understanding and stakeholder needs.
  • Demonstratable experience with AI-enabled analytics and emerging data technologies.
  • Demonstratable experience working with multiple commercial data sources and enterprise reporting environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into robust data, reporting and process solutions.
  • Strong data management, governance and data quality expertise.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of performance drivers.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for simplifying, automating and optimising processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality and operational excellence.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • Experience with Veeva, Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience supporting segmentation, targeting, territory alignment or incentive processes.
  • Project Management or Change Management certification.
