SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™ is seeking a Head of Data Operations & Governance in London. The role leads a major data transformation, building the capability from the ground up and aligning data ownership with business value.

You will work closely with the Chief Data Officer and other senior teams, shaping governance, quality, and AI-enabled data initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in data governance and data quality across large organisations.
• Proven track record leading CRM or data transformation projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and translate data concepts into business value.

• Establish data ownership and stewardship across priority datasets.
• Build and embed modern data governance frameworks and quality controls.
• Support CRM transformation to create a trusted view of supporter data.
• Help create data foundations to enable AI and automation initiatives.
• Improve governance around information across environments (e.g., SharePoint).
• Introduce modern data cataloguing, discovery, observability, and governance tooling.
• Restructure and develop the Data Operations & Governance team.
• Turn data governance into practical, value-driven activities understood across the organisation.
