About the Role

Frieze is transforming how data systems and digital platforms drive the business. The CRM Operations Executive role is central to this transition within the Data and Insights Team, establishing foundational BAU data services to leverage data's potential to generate organizational value. Frieze has a unique opportunity to develop a world-leading data-driven CRM program targeting high-net-worth art professionals, enthusiasts, and collectors, focusing on data collection, management, and utilization within our digital ecosystem.

*This role requires a good understanding of SQL.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  1. Deliver essential BAU data services across the organization.
  2. Create procedures in Data Warehouse using SQL to optimize BAU data tasks.
  3. Provide high standards of support for all internal CRM users.
  4. Facilitate CRM and data system awareness through meetings with stakeholders to understand their data needs.
  5. Assist in segmenting and managing new contacts in the CRM.
  6. Manage scheduling, segmentation, and data delivery for email campaigns.
  7. Identify and address data barriers affecting audience cultivation.
  8. Regularly cleanse and standardize CRM data.
  9. Monitor data quality and provide CRM training as needed.
  10. Ensure data processing complies with data protection laws.
  11. Handle data processes related to Data Subject Rights.
  12. Recommend system improvements to the CRM Operations Manager.
  13. Maintain documentation of BAU processes managed by the CRM team.
  14. Promote a data-driven decision-making culture within the Data and Digital department.
  15. Act as deputy for the CRM Operations Manager when required.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  1. CRM experience
  2. Proficiency with SQL
  3. Experience with Data Warehousing, specifically mySQL
  4. Understanding of data models and relational databases
  5. Skills in data processing, cleansing, and validation
  6. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  7. Expertise in GDPR compliance
  8. Knowledge of segmentation, marketing automation, and audience engagement strategies
  9. Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp
  10. Experience processing data for events
  11. Experience with Sugar CRM
