A leading charity organisation is seeking a Data Officer to join their Knowledge and Insight team. The ideal candidate will manage data related to supporter engagement products, working closely with a team to enhance marketing and fundraising strategies. SIT53 Data Officer
Home-based, UK, Nationwide. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or other work-related meetings.
Circa £32,100 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 or outer London weighting £2,275 may apply based on location).

Reporting to the Head of Data Services, the Data Officer will support data management and delivery related to supporter and engagement products. You will collaborate with three other Data Officers to assess, prioritize, and provide solutions, including building data selections and journeys for direct marketing, as well as managing supporter data imports and exports.
Experience with CRM Dynamics, Faststats, PeopleStage, or similar donor CRMs for marketing is desirable. We support your learning in these tools and encourage skill development. Strong communication skills are essential for presenting solutions to stakeholders.
