Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking a senior Data Migration Lead for a long-term contract based in London with hybrid working. You will define migration strategy, assess data quality across legacy systems, and establish governance for the cloud ERP transformation.

Travel to Paris will be required as needed. The ideal candidate has extensive Oracle data migration experience, strong master data knowledge, and proven stakeholder engagement across complex ERP programmes.

I'm currently supporting a major Oracle ERP transformation and I need a Data Migration Lead to join on a long term contract.

We're looking for a senior Data Migration Lead to define migration strategy, assess data quality across multiple legacy systems, establish governance frameworks, and support the future-state data architecture required for both business operations and AI-driven capabilities. The project will be a migration from On-Premise to Cloud ERP.

The ideal consultant will have extensive Oracle data migration experience, alongside strong knowledge of master data, data governance, ERP transformation programmes, and stakeholder engagement.

The role will be based out of London (hybrid) but will require consultants who can travel to Paris when required. It will initially be until April 2027 (POC phase), but it will then be extended to December 2028.
