Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Data Migration ERP Expert to lead and execute data migration activities as part of our Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning and delivering end-to-end data migration solutions, ensuring the integrity, accuracy and completeness of data transitioning from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the data migration strategy, planning and execution for the Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Transformation projects
• Design and manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from multiple legacy systems into Oracle Cloud ERP
• Collaborate with business process owners and functional leads to define data migration scope, rules, validation criteria and reconciliation methods
• Work closely with technical teams, functional consultants and system integrators to coordinate migration tasks and resolve issues
• Create and maintain data migration documentation, including technical designs, migration plans, and test results
• Provide post-migration support and continuous improvement recommendations for data management

Skills and Experience Required

• 5+ years’ experience in Oracle ERP data migration projects, including at least one end‑end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HR, Projects)
• Proven ability to design and execute complex data migration strategies across large datasets
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills at all levels of the business and external stakeholders
• Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Oracle Cloud ERP certification preferred (Oracle Cloud Financials, SCM, or Data Management)
