Moseley School and Sixth Form is recruiting a permanent Data Manager to lead data systems, ensure accuracy and support school improvement. The role is on-site, term-time with two additional weeks in the summer for results processing and reporting.

The successful candidate will manage data across MIS and assessment platforms, work with senior leaders and staff, and drive data-informed decisions to raise pupil outcomes.

Formación

• Experience in school data management and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Strong ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with the ability to analyse and present data effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to collaborate across teams and meet deadlines.
• Experience of line management and appraisals.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to interpret data strategically to support school improvement and inform leadership decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the school's data systems to support teaching, learning and improvement.
• Oversee collection, management and analysis of data across MIS, assessment platforms and statutory returns.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, teaching staff and admin teams to ensure reliable and timely data.
