Job summary

Goresbrook School is seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead and develop our data systems and reporting processes. You will ensure pupil and staff data accuracy, security and accessibility, working closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders to support outstanding pupil outcomes.

The role includes managing the MIS (Arbor preferred), coordinating assessment data collection and reporting cycles, supporting statutory returns and census submissions, and providing training for staff on

Qualifications

• Significant experience with school data systems, ideally Arbor.
• Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel and data reporting.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Goresbrook School is seeking to appoint an experienced, highly organised and proactive Data Manager to lead and develop the school's data systems and reporting processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring that student data is accurate, accessible and used effectively to support outstanding outcomes for all pupils.

Working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school's Management Information System (MIS), overseeing assessment and reporting processes, and providing high-quality data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
