Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of leadership across Data Management and Governance consulting or transformation programmes.
• Ability to shape and deliver complex, multi-workstream programmes with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience advising senior executives and building trusted relationships across business, data and technology functions.
• Proven leadership of managers and multidisciplinary teams including workforce planning and capability development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across complex Data Management and Governance programmes, shaping vision and roadmap.
• Own senior client relationships and advise executives to connect data priorities to business value.
• Direct multiple projects and large teams, accountable for scope, delivery quality and risk.
• Lead, develop and motivate managers and practitioners through coaching and succession planning.
• Lead business development opportunities, from qualification to mobilisation and pricing.
• Own and evolve market-relevant propositions, accelerators and thought leadership.
• Strengthen practice capability through recruitment and cross-industry collaboration.
