Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data Management Manager in Manchester to join our Data & AI Practice. You will lead the design and delivery of governance and data management solutions, guiding projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years of relevant experience in data management and governance.
• Experience leading a project or substantial workstream from definition through delivery.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and developing team members.
• Strong consulting skills, including shaping proposals and client pitches.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Data Management and Governance capabilities across client engagements.
• Lead the design and delivery of Data Management and Governance solutions aligned to client priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Manage projects or workstreams, including scope, plans, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, set objectives, allocate work, coach colleagues and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
• Assess current data capabilities, translate findings into actionable recommendations and mobilise delivery plans.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and facilitate senior workshops.
• Contribute to business development by shaping proposals and supporting client pitches.
