About the Role

As a Data Management Analyst, you will play a key role in both helping to deliver the evolution of Data Management, and in maintaining data quality, integrity, consistency, and timeliness of data for our business stakeholders . Supporting the overall project delivery of an investment data warehouse is to be your main area of focus in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • S upport the implementation of benchmark and ESG data workflows, with a focus on ingestion, mastering, and data quality checks supported by good data governance practises.

  • D ata quality checks, exception management, and ongoing data maintenance activities, whilst providing early escalation of risks, issues, and errors.

  • M aintaining clear procedure documentation with appropriate controls . You will contribute to reviewing existing processes, and to preforming business readiness activities for new processes.

  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.

About You

The successful candidate:

  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
  • Good knowledge of SQL or experience in building data workflows and data quality checks.
  • Working knowledge of rule building within Rimes Matrix is beneficial.
  • Proven track record in data management and knowledge of operational processes, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Consideration for strong data analysis and processing skills gained within other industries.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Adaptable and excellent attention to detail to ensure high data accuracy and control.
  • Ability to collaborate within the team, with project teams, and wider operational and investment teams.
  • Leadership on initiatives and deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
