Business Analyst Digital Education (Remote)

We are offering an exclusive opportunity for a Business Analyst to join an online digital higher education organization as they expand their project team. They are seeking both a Business Analyst and a Project Manager to join the same team.

Role Details:

  • Title: Business Analyst
  • Location: Fully remote and flexible
  • Type: Permanent
  • Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

Requirements:

  • Background as a Business Analyst in digital/online or higher education sectors

This role involves internal project change transformation, focusing on reviewing and optimizing People, Processes, and Technology to align with the company's growth strategy. You will conduct organizational reviews of structures, workflows, tools, and teams, supporting projects aimed at operational excellence and scalable growth.

As part of a cross-functional team, the Business Analyst will identify opportunities for improvement, support change initiatives, and help align organizational elements for future needs. This position offers a significant opportunity to influence the organization’s future, ensuring efficiency, resilience, and readiness for growth.
