This role involves internal project change transformation, focusing on reviewing and optimizing People, Processes, and Technology to align with the company's growth strategy. You will conduct organizational reviews of structures, workflows, tools, and teams, supporting projects aimed at operational excellence and scalable growth.

As part of a cross-functional team, the Business Analyst will identify opportunities for improvement, support change initiatives, and help align organizational elements for future needs.
