Job summary

Boots is seeking a Solution Architect – Data Integration to lead data migrations and integrations for a major HR transformation programme across HR modules including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Recruitment, HelpDesk and Learning.

Reporting into the Programme Solution Architect, you will define target architecture, align with business objectives, and guide data migrations and integrations with third-party and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience on large HR transformation programmes.
• Deep knowledge of data migrations or integrations standards and tools.
• Proven ability to define target operating models, solution blueprints, and integration architectures.
• Experience across multiple geographies in HR transformations.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS implementation best practices.
• Ability to balance standardisation with business requirements.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migrations or integrations High Level Design aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Translate business requirements into robust, integrated designs.
• Create end-to-end data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
• Define configuration standards and architectural guardrails.
• Ensure designs are understood by project teams and third parties.
• Advise on testing non-functional, operational and technical requirements.
