Job summary

Boots is seeking a Project Manager - Integrations to lead the integrations workstream within a major HR transformation programme in the UK. The role focuses on mobilisation and setting up the integration workstream, then supporting a long-term, multi-year implementation across HR systems and downstream enterprise systems.

Reporting to the IT Programme Manager, you will coordinate across Solution Architects, Systems Integrators, and third-party suppliers, ensuring delivery aligns with milestones,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration projects with multiple apps and middleware.
• Strong knowledge of API, file-based, event-driven, and hybrid integration patterns.
• Experience working in environments with multiple suppliers and legacy platforms.
• Ability to balance priorities and drive delivery within complex programme environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the deliver plan for the integrations workstream including design, build, testing, cutover and deployment activities.
• Manage plans, budgets, resources and dependencies across teams.
• Coordinate activities across MuleSoft, Kafka, MFT and third-party delivery partners.
• Establish governance processes for the workstream and manage risks, RAIDs and change control.
