Job summary

Wokingham Borough Council is offering a Data and Insights Apprentice role on a full-time, two-year fixed-term contract. You will undertake a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship while gaining practical experience in Adult Social Care, collecting, analyzing and presenting data to support decisions across the service.

You will develop regular performance reports and dashboards, learn to respond to data requests, and stay updated on policy changes affecting the service.

Qualifications

Interest in data shown through education, work, volunteering, or personal projects.
Numeracy with ability to describe data trends and anomalies.
Strong communication skills to explain complex information in a non-technical way to customers.
Ability to follow processes accurately and pay attention to detail to identify potential errors.
Ability to quickly learn new skills and understand new information.

Responsibilities

Produce regular reports and dashboards to help managers understand performance.
Respond to requests for data and information with clear analysis and findings.
Collect and report on internal, regional and national Adult Social Care performance measures.
