We have an exciting opportunity for a Data and Insights Apprentice to join us on a full-time, two-year fixed-term contract.
As a Data and Insights Apprentice, you'll complete a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship while gaining hands‑on experience in Adult Social Care.
You’ll help collect, analyse and present data that supports better decision‑making across the service. This includes producing accurate performance reports, identifying trends and sharing insights that help teams improve outcomes for residents.
You’ll also research and report on changes in Adult Social Care policy, helping the service stay informed and respond to new developments.

Complete a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship, attending learning sessions, completing assessments and using your new skills in your day-to-day work.
With support from the Performance Analyst Lead, help respond to requests for data and information. This could include meeting with managers to understand what they need, gathering and analysing data, and presenting your findings in a clear and useful way.
Help collect and report on internal, regional and national Adult Social Care performance measures. Support investigations into performance trends and help identify the reasons behind changes in the data.
Produce regular reports and dashboards to help managers and teams understand performance and make informed decisions.
Keep up to date with changes in Adult Social Care policy and use your research to create a monthly policy bulletin, helping colleagues stay informed about developments that affect the service.
