Job summary
Homeless Link is seeking a data analyst to manage end-to-end data projects for the You Matter services. You will transform raw data into clear reports using Power BI, Copilot, Excel and internal systems, delivering accurate information to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
In this role you will govern data quality, produce high-standard reports, and work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with data governance
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline or significant experience.
- Experience interpreting data and analysing trends.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting.
- Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage data governance processes for You Matter Services.
- Transform raw data into usable reporting formats.
- Produce high-quality reports for leadership and external commissioners.
- Investigate data issues, ensure data accuracy and QA.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation and data analyses.
