Responsibilities

• Manage data governance processes for You Matter Services.
• Transform raw reports into usable reporting formats with accuracy.
• Maintain data quality and ensure information accuracy across systems.
• Investigate and resolve issues in master data and take corrective action.
• Update and maintain internal system information.
• Assist with data collection, cleansing, migration and testing as needed.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Keep process documentation up to date and accurate.
• Understand internal systems and service processes.
