Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience interpreting data and reporting trends.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices.
• Ability to collect, cleanse, migrate and test data where appropriate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Organised with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage data governance processes for You Matter Services.
• Transform raw reports into usable data formats.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across systems.
• Investigate issues with master data and take corrective action.
• Produce high-quality reports for leadership and external commissioners.
• Analyse data to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual KPI reports.
• Attend supervision and contribute to service development.
