Job summary

Citizens Advice 1066 is seeking a Data, Insight and Management Information Officer to oversee performance reporting and service intelligence for the Crisis Payments Service. You will produce reports, analyze data trends, and help ensure vital support reaches those in need.

You will develop dashboards and ensure data quality, while communicating insights to managers and commissioners. This role requires strong Excel skills and a good grasp of information governance, with part-time consideration

Qualifications

• Experience producing management information and performance reports.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly.
• Understanding of GDPR and information governance requirements.
