Job summary

Colchester Borough Homes is seeking a Business Intelligence Officer to join the Service Improvement Team. You will use data to build analytics and insight that help understand performance, support decision-making, identify improvements, and deliver better outcomes for customers.

You will produce accurate information, analyse complex data from multiple sources, and create dashboards and visualisations while championing data quality and automating reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing and presenting data.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI or another visualization tool.
• Be proactive, use your own initiative and demonstrate professional curiosity to understand processes, data, and the insight they reveal.
• Organise and prioritise work to agreed standards, while delivering accurate and timely information.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for different audiences.
• Be able to challenge constructively, solve problems and identify opportunities to improve and automate processes.
