We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Data Governance Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of data governance, data quality, and compliance activities across the Group.
In this pivotal role you will be responsible for ensuring that data assets are well-defined, high-quality, compliant with regulatory obligations, and appropriately stewarded by business owners.
You'll also oversee the operational management of data rights fulfilment (including Subject Access Requests), Records of Processing Activities (ROPA), data rights, privacy impact assessments and related audits.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark by shaping the Group's data governance framework and associated policies, procedures, and standards, you'll play a key role in championing a data-driven culture across the organisation, promoting the value of high-quality, well-managed data.
This is a home-based role. However, you'll need to travel to our Worcester and Birmingham Business Park offices for meetings as required typically around twice a month.
