Job summary

PA Consulting in London seeks a data governance leader to design and enforce governance policies across data quality, security, and compliance. You will work within PA’s Digital & Data community, collaborating with product, design and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver transformative digital solutions.

You will guide and mentor consultants, drive client engagements, and contribute to thought leadership while benefiting from hybrid work in a dynamic, inclusively focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks including policies for data quality, security, and compliance.
• Experience setting up a Data Office that defines policies.
• Proficiency in data cataloguing and metadata management tools such as Collibra, Atlan, Informatica, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex client engagements, providing expert advice in business transformation, technology strategy, and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and shape innovative solutions to address client challenges with deep industry knowledge and consulting expertise.
• Guide, mentor, and develop teams of consultants, ensuring high-quality project delivery and growth of junior staff.
• Contribute to thought leadership through research, publications, and presentations in your area of expertise.
• Drive business development activities, including proposal writing and managing client accounts.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to client industries.
