Job summary

OMD EMEA is seeking a data analytics professional to join our governance and compliance stream. You will collaborate with 15+ markets, report into a Director, and contribute to deliverables that meet client business needs while learning from project managers and operations specialists.

You will help ensure accurate data handling across media activity and reporting, developing skills in taxonomy, data quality and BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and interest in media; any prior media experience is a plus.
• Interest in project management and willingness to build skills in this area.
• Ability to parse, manipulate and review large quantities of complex data.
• Experience with SQL or Python is helpful.
• Experience with Power BI and Looker Studio is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data governance, security standards and best practices.
• Proven knowledge of data quality and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with global and local account teams to ensure governance & compliance guidelines, processes, and best practice rules are followed and delivered.
• Educate local markets on taxonomy implementation, write documentation and training guides.
• Help identify ways to improve operational best practices across the account with the director/team.
• Demonstrate curiosity and high attention to detail, maintaining diligence and accuracy in all work.
• Provide innovative ideas, alternative approaches and creative solutions to improve processes and spark new perspectives.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team-members, explaining ideas in an accessible manner.
• Confidently present work and ideas to clients and team-members, promoting collaboration and alignment on goals.
