Betway Global is seeking a Data Governance Manager in London to lead governance across brands and markets. You will shape the data governance framework, ensure regulatory readiness and collaborate with engineering, product and compliance teams to enable data-driven decision making.

• Strong data governance principles including metadata, lineage, data quality and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance framework across brands and markets.
• Maintain data dictionaries, metadata catalogs and data quality rules.
• Ensure alignment with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, AML/KYC and sector obligations.
• Support policy implementation across the business.
• Own data quality strategy and lifecycle management.
• Identify lineage gaps and data integrity issues.
• Lead data stewards across key functions.
• Oversee master data models and metadata management.
• Prepare governance artefacts for audits and regulatory requests.
• Identify data risks and oversee remediation plans.
• Train teams in data governance practices.
