Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of technical regulatory requirements for online gaming markets.
• Manage end-to-end incident management: assessment, resolution, reporting and monitoring.
• Act as escalation point for all technical compliance matters with practical guidance to the business.
• Provide compliant options to stakeholders on incident resolution.
• Maintain an accurate technical incident register and detailed incident reports.
• Support operational teams to maintain compliant, stable technical functionality.
