Job summary

M+C Saatchi Group in London seeks an experienced Enterprise Data Governance Lead to define and execute a future‑ready data governance strategy across the group. You will lead governance standards, ownership, and blueprints to enable trusted data for growth and cross‑business collaboration, including ISMS alignment.

The role reports to the Global Head of Information Security and partners with IT, security, and business stakeholders to harmonise data foundations, storage, access, and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in data management or related roles.
• Proven experience delivering data migration, consolidation, or large‑scale data transformation initiatives.
• Strong hands‑on experience with cloud storage and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global data rationalisation and consolidation initiative.
• Design a scalable, secure target‑state data storage and governance model.
• Lead enterprise‑wide data discovery, ROT data removal, and evidence‑based recommendations.
• Produce and maintain a phased roadmap for data migrations and platform consolidation.
• Act as SME across cloud storage platforms and governance models.
• Embed governance into platforms and processes and ensure compliant AI data exposure.
