Job summary

National Grid in Warwick is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to support the delivery and improvement of the Data Governance service across NGET. The role translates governance priorities into reporting solutions, tooling requirements, and measurable outcomes, acting as a senior analyst, product owner and delivery lead.

You will work with business stakeholders, information modellers and engineers to implement governance capabilities, manage backlogs, track progress and prepare

Qualifications

• Experience delivering governance reporting and dashboards.
• Ability to translate priorities into requirements and user stories.
• Experience with backlog management and delivery planning.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Independent and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and maintain governance reporting, dashboards and performance measures.
• Gather, document and manage business, reporting and tooling requirements.
• Develop and maintain governance tooling backlogs and coordinate delivery.
• Support governance processes, reporting capabilities and assurance activities.
• Monitor KPIs, collect evidence and report on performance.
• Manage Data Governance roadmap backlog, actions and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with Principal Data Governance Manager on requirements and plans.
• Prepare governance communications and stakeholder updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance reporting and automation.
