Job summary

Innovus is seeking a Data Governance Manager in Worcester to lead data governance, quality and security across key property systems. You will work with Associate Directors to pro-actively manage data and reporting for the client’s portfolio and manage relationships with 3rd party system suppliers.

The role reports to an Associate Director and requires strong communication, analytical and IT skills to create dashboards and data-driven insights for management use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and use of property and risk management systems, ensuring data quality.
• Ensure compliance with group and client data security protocols.
• Support the team to deliver timely reporting and accurate data updates.
• Create and enforce policies for data management and data sharing rules.
• Collaborate with departments to meet data needs and support data-driven decisions.
• Utilise data to create dashboards for management information sharing.
• Act as a data representative for ad-hoc issues as they arise.
• Support other activity as required.
