Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is seeking a Data Governance & Design Delivery Lead to oversee data governance activities and coordinate design delivery across major infrastructure projects. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance while guiding client and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, data management, or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI dashboards.
• Experience with mapping/GIS platforms and asset data systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, risk management, and data security.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
