Job summary

GSK is seeking a Data-flow Specialist to join our Data Flow team within R&D. You will design, govern and deliver modular data-flows, turning scattered sources into reusable end-to-end assets, with a focus on trust, automation and compliance-by-design.

You will work in a complex matrix environment, collaborating with functional leads and cross-site teams to ensure data flows are scalable, well-documented and aligned with governance standards. A degree in a relate field is required.

Qualifications

• Technical SME with experience delivering date-flow solutions.
• Experience in complex matrix environments and stakeholder collaboration.
• Degree-level education in CS, Maths, Stats or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain modular end-to-end data-flows across R&D.
• Ensure data-flows comply with compliance-by-design principles.
• Deliver pre-packaged, curated data-flows with documented specifications.
• Integrate data flows like protocol development and DSUR into unified, machine-readable formats.
• Provide coaching and peer review to ensure industry best practices in data-flow creation.
