GSK is seeking a skilled Data Flow Specialist to join the Data Value Office in the R&D function. You will design, build, and govern modular data-flows that turn scattered sources into trusted, end-to-end pipelines, with compliance and governance baked in by design.

You will collaborate across matrix teams, coach peers, and ensure outputs are well-documented and scalable, enabling R&D to move data with confidence while maintaining human oversight where needed.

Formación

• Relevant degree-level education (eg; BS/MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related subject).
• Expertise in data-flow design and orchestration (pre-processing, integrating, contextualising and governing data and systems into end-to-end workflows).
• Proficiency in integrating multiple data sources into unified, reusable data-flows.
• Knowledge / experience of metadata ecosystems and building agentic solutions.
• Proficiency with a range of digital tools (eg; Azure, GCP) and experience leveraging AI to improve efficiency or insights.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain modular end-to-end data-flows across R&D and integrate systems into trusted, reusable assets.
• Ensure data-flows support compliance-by-design and are contextually orchestrated.
• Deliver pre-packaged, curated data-flows aligned to business requirements with documented specifications.
• Integrate diverse data flows into a unified machine readable format for end-to-end data ecosystem.
• Ensure deliverables are quality controlled, documented and ready for handover if needed.
• Provide coaching and peer review to ensure best practices in data flow creation.
