Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in computer science, mathematics, statistics or related field.
• Experience translating business needs into technical data requirements and insights.
• Knowledge of metadata ecosystems and agentic solutions.
• Hands-on with policy engines and translating governance into executable Policy as Code.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources into unified data-flows with privacy by design.
• Proficiency with Azure, GCP, and related AI/digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical data requirements for seamless data-flow integration.
• Design and maintain end-to-end data-flows across R&D systems.
• Ensure data-flows are compliant-by-design and properly orchestrated.
• Deliver pre-packaged data-flows with documented specifications.
• Integrate diverse data-flows into a unified machine-readable format.
• Quality control, documentation, and handover to R&D teams for scale.
• Coach and peer review to enforce industry best practices.
