Job summary

GSK is seeking a senior Data Flow Lead to design and govern data flows across R&D, focusing on data-flow-as-product and compliance-by-design. You will turn scattered sources into modular, reusable pipelines, ensuring data is visible, trusted and automation-ready for scale.

Based in the UK, you will work with Azure and GCP, collaborating across matrix teams and coaching the team to industry best practices in data-flow creation.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Experience translating business needs into technical data requirements and measuring business impact from data-flow activities.
• Knowledge of metadata ecosystems and agentic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of business requirements for data-flow to translate business needs into technical data requirements and processes across R&D.
• Design, develop and maintain modular, end-to-end data-flows to integrate systems and data sources into trusted assets across R&D.
• Ensure data-flows support compliance-by-design and orchestrate data and systems in line with compliance principles.
• Deliver pre-packaged, curated data-flows aligned to business requirements with documented data specifications.
• Integrate diverse data-flows into a unified machine-readable format for end-to-end data ecosystem.
• Ensure deliverables are quality controlled, documented and scalable by function leads and R&D Tech.
