Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting an Erasure Technician to join an IT asset management business in Redditch, England. The role is temporary to permanent, 42 hours per week, Mon-Fri 07:45–17:00 with an early Friday finish. Salary is £12.71 per hour, paid weekly.

Duties include identifying key components, erasing data per policy, and using Windows systems to access client databases while meeting productivity targets. Attention to detail and multitasking ability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identifying key system components including HDDs, SSDs, RAM and CPUs.
• Erasing data in line with customer requirements and company policy.
• Navigating Windows-based systems to access client databases, emails and related tasks.
• Meeting hourly and daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy.
• Multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
