Hargreaves Lansdown PLC is seeking a Data Engineering Manager in Bristol to lead a data engineering team responsible for end-to-end delivery of data pipelines and platform components in a regulated financial services environment.

You’ll drive engineering standards, cost and performance optimization, and collaboration with product managers to meet regulatory and governance requirements.

Formación

• 8+ years in data engineering or software engineering with 2–3+ years in people management.
• Proven experience delivering and operating production data platforms and pipelines at scale.
• Experience defining and enforcing engineering standards across a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of data engineers, hiring, coaching, and setting delivery expectations.
• Own end-to-end delivery against the data product roadmap, pipelines, and documentation.
• Oversee production operations, incident response, and post-mortem learning.
