Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Data Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level) to join our Birmingham technology team. You will develop and maintain the data platform, ensuring reliable, accurate data for decision-making across the organisation.

You'll work with stakeholders from multiple functions, translating requirements into data solutions and delivering insightful dashboards and reports that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data-focused role involving data transformation, analysis or engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with version control (Git) and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance data pipelines and data models.
• Build and optimise SQL-based transformations and reporting datasets.
• Write complex SQL queries to answer business questions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor and improve data quality across the organisation.
• Maintain technical documentation and data definitions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions.
