Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Birmingham is looking for a Data Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level) to join the technology team. You will develop and maintain the data platform, ensuring data is accurate, accessible and trusted for decision-making.

You will work with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights across the business, supporting operational and strategic decisions with robust data solutions and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with relational databases and structured datasets.
  • Experience in data transformation, analysis or engineering.
  • Experience using Git/version control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and commercially-minded approach.

An established and growing UK business is seeking a Data Engineer to join its technology team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern data technologies, build reliable data solutions and support stakeholders across multiple business functions.

The Role

As a Data Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining the company's data platform, ensuring business-critical data is accurate, accessible and trusted. Working within a collaborative technology team, you'll help deliver data-driven insights that support operational and strategic decisions across the business.

You'll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, contributing to data engineering, reporting, analytics and data quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain and enhance data pipelines and data models
