CBSbutler is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to support a key technology programme, developing and maintaining ETL processes using Talend and Oracle RDS. Based in Telford with a hybrid arrangement (2 days on site), this is a 6‑month contract and SC eligible. You will collaborate across deployments, testing and performance tuning, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.

Competenze

• Hands-on ETL development experience, ideally Talend.
• Strong Oracle RDS and SQL experience.
• GitLab and CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
• Component testing, defect resolution and debugging.

Mansioni

We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer to support a key technology programme, developing and maintaining ETL processes using Talend and Oracle RDS.

Key skills required:

• Hands-on ETL development experience, ideally Talend.
• Strong Oracle RDS and SQL experience.
• GitLab and CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
• Component testing, defect resolution and debugging.
• Experience supporting production deployments and performance testing.
• Experience with Pentaho or Informatica will also be considered.
