Job summary

1st Formations in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Owner (Data & Delivery) to own one product area end to end, from requirement through to released, accepted and measured. Working to the Senior Product Manager, you'll turn agreed outcomes into well-shaped requirements, a prioritised backlog and released changes that work for customers, operations and commercial teams.

The role is data-led. You'll define the measures that matter for your area, query the data yourself and work with our Data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Owner/Analyst roles within a digital product.
• Strong hands-on data skills, SQL, and ability to form views from data.
• Experience with funnel, cohort and retention analysis.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and tracking events.
• Clear written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of product workstreams end to end, from refined requirements to release.
• Translate outcomes into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog with engineering and design, plan and refine
• Define success measures and test platforms, including data requirements.
• Own reporting for the area and guide deployment decisions.
