People's Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Owner to translate business objectives into a clear, prioritised backlog and actionable roadmaps for our digital services within a not-for-profit setting.

You will lead a cross-functional Agile team, collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders, drive discovery, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and apply service design to improve customer journeys while ensuring accessibility and regulatory

Qualifications

• Identity verification and biometric solutions experience.
• Experience in financial services or another heavily regulated industry.
• Experience using service design or other customer experience design methodologies.
• Experience as Product Owner or equivalent in Agile software delivery teams.
• Experience owning and managing product backlogs, prioritising work based on business value, technical constraints and delivery capacity.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma.
• Strong experience with product analysis using Google Analytics & Content Square.
• Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• CSPO/PSPO or equivalent Agile certification.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Product Managers and key stakeholders to shape, refine and maintain a product roadmap that supports strategic business objectives.
• Own the successful delivery of roadmap initiatives, translating strategic priorities into clear, actionable outcomes for the delivery team.
• Lead the discovery phase for new features, understanding business problems and customer needs, using service design to explore options.
• Own, maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring work aligns to roadmap objectives and team capacity.
• Translate business and customer needs into clearly defined requirements, user journeys, user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery.
• Work with UX, Design and Engineering to ensure customer-centric and technically feasible solutions aligned to business goals.
• Develop understanding of customer journeys and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and stakeholder feedback to inform prioritisation and design.
• Ensure solutions consider accessibility, user experience, risk, compliance and technical constraints before delivery.
• Lead refinement, sprint reviews and product demonstrations to communicate outcomes and upcoming priorities.
