1st Formations is seeking a Product Owner (Data & Delivery) in London, to own a product area end to end. You’ll work with the Senior Product Manager to turn outcomes into epics, prioritised backlogs and released changes for customers, operations and commercial teams.

The role is data-led, requiring you to define success measures and to query data directly, with involvement in a platform migration programme and ownership of acceptance testing and release readiness. Hybrid working model.

Competenze

• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst or in Product Operations within a digital product environment.
• Strong hands-on data skills, including writing SQL and working with large datasets.
• Analytical judgement to separate signal from noise and questionable data.
• Experience using funnel, cohort and retention analysis to influence product decisions.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, including sample sizing and interpreting results.
• Experience defining tracking and event requirements using Mixpanel, Amplitude or GA4.
• Clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria; Agile refinement with engineering (Linear, Jira, Asana).
• Experience BAT/UAT and validating end-to-end journeys before release.
• Ability to deliver defined outcomes with value, effort, risk and dependency trade-offs.
• Commercial awareness of impact on conversion, revenue and operational load.

• Own delivery of product workstreams end to end from requirements to release and review.

• Manage dependencies and risks; keep operations, support and commercial teams informed.

• Own reporting for your area and guidance on iteration or scaling.
• Shape platform migration work including data mapping and testing.
• Ensure business acceptance and release readiness with QA teams.
• Validate end-to-end journeys including compliance-sensitive steps.
