Job summary

Sysco GB in Ashford is seeking a Merchandising Co-ordinator to join the Central Category & Data team on a 12 month maternity cover contract. You will ensure accurate setup of products and vendors and manage data changes with a keen eye for detail.

This hybrid role requires commuting to the Ashford Head Office at least one day a week and collaborating with multiple departments to support data quality, pricing, and supplier onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP and data governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data for vendors, products, pricing and promotions in SAP.
• Perform data checks prior to set up and handle trade interchanges.
• Interface with multiple departments and support audit trails.
• Resolve data issues and supplier invoice queries.
