Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Data Services Co-ordinator in Manchester for a 6‑month fixed term contract. You will join the Data Management team within CBS and be responsible for maintaining promotional, product, pricing, location and supplier data across Commercial and Supply Chain systems.

You’ll split your time between home and the Manchester office (at least twice a week) under a hybrid working pattern and will receive full training to ensure data is processed accurately and on time, helping stores

• Strong team working skills with partners across functions
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data
• Organised approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient IT skills, basic Microsoft Office 365; willingness to learn new systems

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with partners across the business and ensure accuracy from first time
• Input, maintain and validate product, pricing, promotional, location and supplier data
• Manage large data sets and reporting, review documents for correctness and timeliness
• Respond to queries with fact-based recommendations using available information
• Collaborate with team to develop knowledge and capability
• Support business change projects and identify process improvements
• Analyze data to identify inconsistencies and trends for continuous improvement
